Let's find out on Thursday 27th August between 6pm and 7.30pm at Cedar & Pine Bar in Wynnum.

WHAT IS THIS EVENT?

In brief: Book chat. In a bar. On a school night.
In detail: Two Queensland children's authors in conversation with a local bookshop owner in celebration of Australian KidLit during CBCA Book Week. There will be a casual panel-style chat about the creative writing process, engaging young readers in schools & homes & likely a few reading & writing related tangent topics, followed by audience Q & A, general mingling & good times!
Also: As part of this event, a brand-new Aussie middle-grade children's novel - Aidan Versus the Ocean by Dannika Patterson - will be officially launched on this evening.
